Refunds and Undeliverable Packages for PayPal Orders

Refund Policy:  With prior authorization, you may return items in new condition (unopened for CDs) within 30 days of delivery for a refund. If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, let us know when you contact us for authorization of your return. When you return the package, include our invoice and a copy of our email return authorization. 

All returns require prior authorization.  Please contact us and state the reason for your return.  We will respond by email with instructions for your return shipment. We do not refund your expense of returning books to us for reasons other than product defects or our own error. We deduct shipping and handling costs of $5.00 per item returned for other reasons. If your return is not the result of a defective product or our error, the shipping and handling cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund. Contact us for prior authorization.

Refund Process: Please contact us for prior authorization of your return. After we receive your return shipment, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks, although in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly.  Processing a refund request requires transit time for your return (5 to 10 business days), time to process your return after we receive your package (3 to 5 business days) and time for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We will notify you via e-mail of your refund after we have received and processed your return.

Undeliverable Packages: Occasionally packages are returned as undeliverable. If we receive an undeliverable package, we will issue a refund, less shipping and handling costs.  If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address when placing your order.

The U.S. Postal Service does not deliver to some addresses. If you also have a PO Box address, it's best to use that address. If you have put in a request for address forwarding, please note that the U.S. Postal Service forwards only first-class mail and magazines, not packages.

Re-shipments:  We do not re-ship orders that are returned as undeliverable, but you may place another order through our website.  Please double-check your address when placing your order.

Surprise Gifts:  If you send a book as a surprise gift, you may want to let the recipient know that a package is on the way.  A recipient who is not expecting a gift may refuse the package, believing it was sent to them in error.

Note: Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO and US Territories: Deliveries may take longer than our standard shipping time.
